Happiness Index

Happiness Index is a measure of the teams' happiness over the duration of the project. When teams are feeling good about the work they are doing together, they are more productive.

This chart helps you identify the happiness trend of your team and consider questions like,

• What is causing your team to be sad?

• What action should you plan to make your team happy?

Here's a sample Happiness Index. Notice that in the last few months, the happiness variance has been less. However, watch out for frequent dips in the index. Those are the best times to have a quick chat with your team!

Happiness is represented on scale of 0 to 1 based on sentiments of the team while communicating. where 0 represents the neutral sentiment and 1 represents best sentiment score of the team over given time period.
