# Number of Conversations

Conversations chart helps you understand the trend in the teams' communication. A high number of conversations is, in general, a healthy indicator of a high performing team.

 The chart helps you detect trends and consider questions like,

* Why is the number of conversations declining in your team?
* Is there any pertinent issue which is causing the teams' to communicate hesitantly?
