Leaderboard provides team member rankings based on their communication and collaboration styles.

The team members are categorized as Star members and Go-To members.

• Star members are high performers. They resolve more issues and collaborate well with their colleagues.

• Go-To members are members who provide guidance to other team members and act as a catalyst to resolve the issues.
