# Niko-Niko Calendar

Niko-Niko calendar helps to understand the emotional state of the team.

The calendar represents the mood or emotion change of individual team members in the graphical form with the help of emoticons

Based on conversations between the team members the overall emotion of the team member is calculated and represented in a chart in the form of emoticons as shown in the following chart
